My life partner and I are planning to have a child. Will I be able to become a co-parent or legal guardian etc?
We both live and work in the Tucson, AZ. She is a pre-school special Ed teacher and I am a federal agent.

Of course, if you are stable and biological parents, anyone in the world can be legal guardians. Providing you get the child registered at birth.
